As an Executive/ Career Coach and Organisational Development practitioner I work with individuals, leaders and teams to optimise strengths, confidence, career and wellbeing so that people can actively ‘make every day a best day’ for themselves and those they work with.
I bring a back story of over 25 years in people development, organisational operations and leadership, having spent over two decades working in the world of marketing agencies and for blue chip brands before transitioning and setting up my own coaching and consultancy business in 2015.
I am an ICF accredited Executive and Positive Psychology Coach and accredited BPS registered Test User for ability and personality testing giving me a toolbox of resources and methodology to coach and educated individuals and teams for better growth, skills and self leadership as they navigate their work and life goals. I also offer consultancy services to support businesses with people engagement, leadership development enabling my clients to build an empowered, effective and nurtured work culture.
With an enthusiasm for positive psychology in the workplace, my focus is on enabling people to confidently use their strengths and belief system to step-up and lead themselves and those around effectively in careers they love and to have the mindset, skills and wellbeing to flourish everyday with confidence and clarity. I’m passionate about female advancement at work, inclusivity and ensuring what underpins careers, team and individual growth is positive wellbeing. I am an evidence based practitioner and this summer will complete a Masters in Occupational and Business Psychology.

I currently live in Teddington West London with my Liverpool mad husband, two children and Izzy my cocker spaniel. As well as running my own business I also work at Kingston University as the MBA Executive Coach and as a Business Consultant and Trainer for the undergraduate Business Readiness programme and work as an Associate for Bailey & French and Affinity Health at Work, two organisations championing humanising the workplace and putting people and wellbeing at the heart of the organisation.
