Her back story involves over 20 years commercial and leadership experience having spent two decades working in the world of marketing agencies, half of which was in organisational and people development roles, before transitioning and setting her own coaching and consultancy business in 2015. With an enthusiasm for positive psychology in the workplace, my focus is on enabling people to confidently step-up and lead themselves and those around them more effectively in careers they love, untapping their maximum performance potential and within cultures that inspire growth and positive wellbeing.
