Optimising ‘beliefs’ means recognising what empowers and what limits you as an individual and as a team. Use this workshop to tackle a specific challenge which is holding the team back or simply to learn a skill which will aid in the moment optimised thinking when it is needed. Using the French/ Burgess 6 step belief change process this workshop explore, challenges and weed out the unhelpful thinking which may be getting in the way of performance before building up a set of replacement or developed beliefs which will drive more effectiveness and satisfaction.
